Grilling Hamburgers

Work & Play
A quick and dirty report tonight. Not alot to report on.

Had church. Nothing exciting, really.

After church, just kind of chilled, hung out with the family. We watched Against the Ropes. It was ok, but not great. Not one of Meg Ryan's best, and I have to agree with Shena, she really doesn't look as good now that she had her lips injected. People who have that done just seem to look goofy and unnatural. The movie was kind of hard to follow and pretty shallow. I can't say I really knew enough about any of the characters to care about them. And of course, since it was a boxing movie, it is hard not to compare it to Rocky. And it certainly wasn't Rocky.

Llano Update (Cheeto's Brood)
The boys were good again today. They both got naps, and were immediately going a million miles an hour after they woke up. We played some basketball and wrestled for a while. Cade got in trouble twice and had to sit on the mat...one right after the other. He and Kelson have started stomping their foot at us when they don't like something we say. We are trying to put a stop to that. While we were watching the movie, the boys were supposed to be in our room watching Bob the Builder and Dora, but Kelson kept coming out. When I would look at him and tell him to go into the other room, he would put his hands over his eyes and pretend like I couldn't see him. He pretty much ignored me, but it was cute to see him do it.

Arellano Update
Mom came over for lunch. She didn't stay long because the rest of us were tired and going to lie down for naps. I think she took the unintended hint that we were too tired to hang out and talk.

Christensen Update
Heard tonight that Kyle smashed is nose into the handlebars of a snow machine and cut it up some. Doesn't sound like fun to me.

Daily Report
LAST NIGHT:
Sleep: 12:05 - 7:04 - Not bad...I'm getting somewhat consistent.

TODAY:
Breakfast: None

Lunch: Grilled hamburgers (not necessarily WARM today, but not cold either), of course I had double cheese on mine, lettuce, miracle whip, ketchup, mustard - potato salad - baked beans - a few Ruffles original with A&W. We didn't have anything special for dessert, so I had a couple E.L. Fudges and some milk.

Dinner: Mustard cheese and lettuce sandwich on wheat, orange juice. During the movie a little while later, I made some Pillsbury CC cookies. We needed to finish the dough. They came out a little under done and I had to eat them with a fork...they were actually pretty good that way, too.
