Spent 1/2 the day in Raleigh playing golf with Jim. Had an Elder's Quorum meeting. Told you these might be short from now on.

Sleep: 12:30 - 7:45 - I got caught watching the MLS Select team playing Real Madrid in Spain...great game to watch

Breakfast: none

Lunch: two peanut butter and strawberry jam sandwiches on wheat, five oreos, milk

Dinner: two pieces of "The Loop" cheese pizza that Shena brought home for me, IBC root beer...had a couple of bites of Cade's birthday cake and milk just before I went to bed.
