Someone with good advise told Cheeto to lay out all his gear the night before. He was getting pretty pumped up for the race the night before. We had a "Carb Load" dinner night with his marathon running buddies and their spouses. They watched "The Spirit of the Marathon." I can't say it was my choice of movie but it was appropriate for Cheeto and the running friends.

Cheeto, we both know I had a bad day the day of your marathon. I don't think I have said it to you and definitely didn't show it that day, how proud I am of you and this accomplishment. Not everyone can say they have accomplished such a feat. You have rocked those trails. You have an amazing gift for running those long miles. Thank you for leaving those boxes of Hostess and large glass a milk in your past. :) I've enjoyed watching you cross over to the fitness world. I love you always and forever! Congratulations on completing your first
26.2!
Can't wait to cheer you on in Myrtle Beach! LOVES!
