Day 10 - Caribou County Fair Parade

I miss hometown parades. Nola always rags on me for thinking Greensboro's stink but I still think they do. Ours maybe small, but there is something to knowing everyone in the parade and waving to all of them, getting a ton of candy and goodies thrown to you, see the big farm equipment all shiny and new, and not having it last hours and wait an hour for it to get to you. The kids had a great time. Fair week was fun and worth the 2200 mile drive.
K is all smiles
Happy little girl
One large sprayer.
Something else you wouldn't see in the 'Boro. The boys thought this was neat.

Ryan's little girl and A2. They are only 2.5 months apart. Can you tell that she has tall parents?

Everyone loves on Baby P

It was an exhausting week! We were keeping G'ma on her toes.
I think she is in need of a vacation herself. :)

The gang
Erin and her girls

How cool is that!?!?!?!?
Only in Grace....

"K" in the parade with her dance team

Trying to get A2 to look at the camera but she was too involved in opening her treat.

15 grandkids at the parade was going to give G'ma heart failure. It took all the adults to keep the kids from running out in front of the parade to get all the candy; and they were thrown
A LOT OF IT!!!

Sassy was thrilled with all the candy they threw.

Aunt Lissa and A2

Sweet lil' girls

The girls get their first taste of "fresh" cotton candy. They even sat and watch them put it together. They LOVED it! C would try it but K of course ate his share.
They were a sticky mess!
