Sunday, December 30th, we decided to try to keep the sabbath day holy and not too much partying and such. The night before Sky, Erin's husband, got real sick, later we found out it was strep throat, so Erin and Sky didn't go with us to church. As we drove in the church parking lot we thought there were a lot of cars. When we walked into the building we soon found out it was a stake meeting to reassign ward boundaries. It was funny because one of the guys we saw at Universal Studios Horror Make-Up show was sitting about 5 rows in front of us. Never would have taken him to be a member. Craziness! We came back to the rooms and ate lunch and decided to take a drive out to the beach. It was awesome. It's a great site to see the ocean. Mom had a good time finding seashells for one of her many collections. Kyle and Becky pointed out a jelly fish, the kind that bit Tanner when they were here last January. Becky scared us all and smashed it with her shoe. Cheeto was very romantic and wrote Cheeto loves Shena in the sand. Becky was a bit jealous that Kyle didn't do the same. So she wrote Kyle loves pina coladas. We had some fun. Just wished Sky had felt better to come play with us!
