Yep... can you believe it? Wednesday thunderstorms flooded parts of our fabulous city! Thankfully we stayed above high water, however, some were left without power and some even flooded homes. It was a mess. We are still under a flood watch for another couple of hours. I heard the rainfall total around 5 inches in less than 24 hours. Amazing! Watch us be in a drought by the end of the summer.

Holy Cow! That is a lot of rain water! You are so lucky to not have your house affected by this. There were quite a few houses that got flooded in Smithfield last week. Some of the homes had water all the way to the ceiling in the basement. Craziness!
